We accept returns with 7 days of purchase, as long as the item is returned (at buyers cost) in a saleable condition with all original packaging.

We do not accpet returns of Pickups & Floyd Rose Tremolo systems after they have been fitted, unless they are faulty.

Custom Ordered Guitars require a 50% deposit at time of order & spec conformation.

Custom Ordered Guitars are non-returnable / non-refunadable unless faulty.

Cancellation of Custom Ordered Guitars will result in the loss of 50% deposit once any work had commenced.
