Stormshadow Custom Pickups

Stormshadow Guitarworks Pickups are handwound in the UK using the finest materials. They are Double Wax Potted to eliminate any microphonic feedback.

We currently offer 3 differently voiced sets, available in Black, Zebra & Covered Sets.  

KATO -

Bridge: 16.7K, Ceramic, 45 AWG

Neck: 15.8K, Ceramic, 44 AWG

Set 2 -

Bridge: 17K, Alnico 5, 45 AWG

Neck: 7.8K, Alnico 5, 42 AWG Plain Enamel Wire

Khamsin Specs -

Bridge: 14.8K, 3 x Custom Ceramic 8 Magnets,  43 AWG Plain Enamel Wire

Neck: 7.5K, Alnico 5,  42 AWG Plain Enamel Wire

All sets are custom wound to order with a current lead time of 10-14 days.

We can make sets with 50mm or 52mm Bridge spacing to suit Fender or Gibson spaced guitars. You can also mix and match Black/Zebra/Covered in a set.
